RICHARD C. RIETH

Richard C. Rieth is the managing partner of Rieth, Antonelli, and Raj. His focus of practice is in the area of family law and domestic relations.

Richard C. Rieth is the managing partner of Rieth, Antonelli, & Raj. He received his B.A. degree from Cleveland State University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1979.

His focus of practice is in the area of family law and domestic relations. Richard is a member of Ohio State Bar Association, a member of the Family Law Section of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and a member of The Center for Principled Family Advocacy.


MANAV (MANU) H. RAJ, ESQ.

Manav H. Raj has practiced in Northeast Ohio courts for 10 years exclusively focused in the areas of domestic relations and family and juvenile law.

Manu is a graduate of Walsh Jesuit High School in Akron, Ohio, The Ohio State University, and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio and the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio.

Formerly with Dworken & Bernstein in Cleveland and Painesville, and the Law Offices of Joyce E. Barrett in Cleveland, Manu has practiced in Northeast Ohio courts for 10 years exclusively focused in the areas of domestic relations, and family and juvenile law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Cuyahoga County Bar Association (Family Law Committee), Lake County Bar Association (Family Law Committee, Bar Admission Committee, and Grievance Committee).

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Raj is a family law mediator and is trained in both collaborative practice and principled negotiation methods of alternate dispute resolution. Mr. Raj is a founding member and past President (2004) of The Center for Principled Family Advocacy, a Life Member of the Who’s Who of Distinguished Lawyers of America, and in 2005 and 2006 was selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer of Ohio, Rising Star.

Mr. Raj has been an active presenter at seminars on all topics related to domestic relations and juvenile law in Ohio, as well as being a national speaker and trainer in collaborative law. In 2006, Mr. Raj was selected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Public Theatre.

GAIL A. HURD, ESQ.

Formerly practicing as a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Labor in the Office of the Solicitor in Cleveland, Gail A. Hurd has most recently focused her practice to family law.

Gail is a graduate of Kenyon College and the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She was admitted to practice in the state of Ohio in 1985 and the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio in 1986.

Formerly practicing as a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Labor in the Office of the Solicitor in Cleveland, Ms. Hurd has most recently focused her practice to family law as a solo practitioner with an of-counsel relationship with John V. Heutsche Co., LPA. Ms. Hurd is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Cuyahoga County Bar Association, and The Center for Principled Family Advocacy.

Ms. Hurd has completed advanced domestic relations litigation training at the Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute sponsored by the American Bar Association. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Hurd is very active in the Northeast Ohio divorce mediation community as well as being a very popular parenting coach throughout Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, and Geauga counties.

Ms. Hurd currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for The Center for Principled Family Advocacy and is the Co-Chairperson for the Cleveland Collaborative Practice Group, whose mission includes advancing the awareness and practice of the collaborative divorce process in the Cleveland area.

DOMINIC M. ANTONELLI

Dominic M. Antonelli is a principal with Rieth, Antonelli, and Raj, with his practice focused on family law and domestic relations.

Dominic M. Antonelli is a principal with Rieth, Antonelli, & Raj, with his practice focused on family law and domestic relations. Mr. Antonelli has had extensive experience dealing with all aspects of divorce and dissolution, including allocation of parental rights and responsibilities, the equitable division of marital estates and spousal and child support issues.

Mr. Antonelli is well practiced in using alternative dispute resolution techniques to bring about successful results for his clients in an expeditious manner. He is a founding member and current Trustee of The Center for Principled Family Advocacy and is Director of the Center’s Collaborative Law Section.

Mr. Antonelli received his B.A. degree from Kenyon College and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the Ohio Bar Association and the Cuyahoga County Bar Association Family Law Committee.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Antonelli is an avid speaker on all topics of alternate dispute resolution throughout Northeast Ohio as well as being a National Trainer in the area of collaborative divorce.
